Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is my primary approach, and it is evidence-based. I use it to help you respond more flexibly to difficult thoughts, emotions, and memories while moving toward what matters to you. When relevant, I also draw on CBT, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, mindfulness, and grounding.
