What This Group Looks Like (Skills, Safety, Community)
This therapist-led group is an accessible, research-informed space to learn and practice skills with others who “get it.” It’s educational + therapeutic, paced for stabilization.
Who attends: adults (18+) navigating PTSD/C-PTSD, attachment wounds, anxiety, moral injury, caregiver or first-responder stress
Format: 60–75 minute sessions, live on secure telehealth; cameras optional when you need privacy
What we cover (rotating modules):
Nervous-system education (why your reactions make sense)
Grounding, breathwork, and present-moment skills
Values, boundaries, and communication that reduces conflict
Trauma-informed self-compassion and shame resilience
Attachment-aware relationship tools (repair, requests, limits)
Managing triggers, dissociation, and high-stress environments
Access: sliding-scale, reduced-fee options available for qualifying groups/participants
You’ll leave with practical tools, language for your experience, and a clearer path for next steps—whether that’s continued group learning or individual therapy.

Is Group Psychoeducation Right for Me?
Group is often a fit if you want a structured, skills-focused space to practice grounding, mindfulness, and values-based action in community. It may not be a fit if you currently need crisis stabilization, detox, or intensive inpatient/outpatient care. If so, I can provide referral support.
